Kenya Football Federation has confirmed the venues for the 2017 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup.
The confirmed venues are Kakamega, Kisumu and Nakuru. Kasarani and Machakos have been put on stand by just in case the rest of the venues are not ready by kick off.
Zimbabwe and Libya have been invited as the two guest countries to join the traditionally known Eastern Africa countries.
The tournament will run from 26th November to 6th December 2017.
The Challenge Cup has not been played since Uganda Cranes triumph at the 2015 tournament played in Ethiopia.
The tournament was not also held in 1986, 1993, 1997, 1998, 2014 and 2016. In 1997 and 1998, the tournament had been suspended.
CECAFA members include Burundi, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zanzibar.
Record winners Uganda seek an unprecedented 15th title.
